Fire extinguishers are a legal requirement in most non-domestic premises and must be maintained so they work when needed. Our engineers service, inspect and certificate your extinguishers, advise on the correct types and locations, and supply replacements where required.

Who This Service Is Suitable For
Offices, shops, warehouses, landlords, HMOs, schools, care homes, restaurants and most commercial premises.
How It Works
We visit annually to service each unit, log the inspection, fit a dated service label and issue your maintenance certificate. Any units that need replacing are quoted separately.
Compliance Information
Extinguishers must be maintained under BS 5306-3 and the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005. Annual servicing by a competent person is the recognised standard.
